The last week of school will be about bubbles. One of my favorite things to do, just for fun is to put the students in a bubble.
I place a step stool in a pool and fill it with water and dawn dish soap. The student step on the stool (this just to keep their feet dry), and I use a hula hoop to lift a bubble up and around them.
We will then blow bubbles outside using many different objects. The students will have homework to look around their house and bring something in that they think might make a bubble. The only rule is that it can't be a bubble blower. forks, potato mashers, fly swatters, whisks, cookie cutters......
Please remember that next week, the Tuesday/Thursday class has school both days but bussing home is ONLY on TUESDAY. You will need to pick up your child on Thursday.
The Wednesday/Friday class had fewer snow days and will only meet on Wednesday. Bussing is available.
It has been a joy to watch these little ones grow and mature this year. I have enjoyed being part of your families, this year and for some of you, the last few years. I will miss HT and all the wonderful families here. You are such an important part of your child's education and your involvement in the school this year and in the next few will play a key role in their education. Remember that you know your child best and are their advocate.
I pray that all these little ones will continue to grow in their faith and come to know Jesus as their Savior and friend. Continue to read to them from the bible, pray with them and over them.
